About the Operator

“Hoshimori — Dried Sweet Potato Guide AI” is a guide service that answers questions for people who want to know, buy, or gift hoshiimo, and connects them to producers’ and sellers’ information. It covers the hoshiimo industry around Hitachinaka, Tokai, and Naka in Ibaraki Prefecture.

This is not an official service of any municipality, industry association, or chamber of commerce. It is planned and run by an individual who supports the region’s hoshiimo industry.
