How listings work

Listings are compiled from public information such as each producer's or seller's official site, with direct confirmation with the businesses progressing where possible. Entries marked as 'listed from public information' are those where confirmation with the business hasn't been completed yet.

The listings don't put anyone in order of merit. Display order only reflects how well entries match your conditions and how far confirmation has progressed — it is not a judgment of taste or service.

How to search

On the list page you can filter by area (Hitachinaka, Tokai, Naka), how you'd like to buy (online or in person), product type (hira-boshi, maru-boshi, kaku-giri, wake-ari), gift readiness, and more. You can also simply ask Hoshimori-kun — 'Where can I buy it in Hitachinaka?' works fine.

For producers and sellers

Requests for listing, corrections, or removal are welcome anytime through the listing request form. Listing is free. Each entry is reviewed and tidied one by one so that your products and information come across the way they should.
